I qualified in 1994 as a counsellor / psychotherapist and began working in primary care services. In 1997 I moved to Suffolk and continued to work in Primary Care covering five GP practices.

In 2003 I joined Braintree College as a tutor training counsellors on a BACP accredited course as well as running my own practice. In 2009 I became an IAPT Counsellor under the management of Suffolk Mind. More recently I have joined The Phoenix Counselling Practice.

In addition I work with a colleague delivering courses. Although my training is psychodynamic my approach is tailored to individual client needs.
