We thrive when life is a balance of work and play with a healthy amount of happiness. It isn’t always that way…
Anxiety and stress…
Overwhelming loss…
Relationship issues…
Unresolved trauma…

All this can affect our self-confidence and self-esteem… as time elapses one problem may add to another?

I work relationally, drawing on life and work experience which influences my integrative approach. The issues we face are often interlinked with other problems. I work with a range of issues including self-esteem, loss and change, relationships and trauma.

I offer to actively listen in a non-judgemental way allowing my client to set their own pace. We work towards client set goals reviewed at regular intervals. I offer short and long-term counselling.

I work with young people over 14 years old, adults and couples.

I am trained to Degree (Hons) level in psychotherapeutic counselling and believe investing in my own continuous personal development ensures my clients receive a quality service tailored to their needs.

I have attended additional training in trauma, domestic abuse, couples counselling and addiction and have extensive knowledge of the criminal court and family court processes, including an understanding of the rippling aftermath of violent crime and homicide.
